The brief > Working for the client Cormack Advertising, I worked on promotional items for agents such as CBRE and other prominent companies. The subject properties varied, including individual buildings, large warehouse units, whole shopping centres or business parks. A need for unique visual themes and identities for these properties requires quick creative thinking, followed by the efficient flowing of final facts and figures.

The solution > Highcross Leicester: Create a brochure to promote a shopping centre investment opportunity. The name of the centre prompted the creation of a strong visual device. This was used in conjunction with decorative elements from the physical manifestation of the building to create an engaging landscape format brochure.
